Return Policy
Our Marketplace offers a hassle-free return and refund policy for all users. If you’re not satisfied with the quality of a product, you can return it at the time of delivery with no questions asked. If you’re unavailable during delivery, you have 24-48 hours to raise a complaint. To help merchants improve, we require images of unsatisfactory items. We may replace returned products or refund your payment. If you receive incorrect products, we’ll replace them with the right ones. Your satisfaction is our priority!
If the delivery is not executed during first attempt due to incorrect or insufficient address, recipient not at home, address found locked or refusal to accept, the customer shall still be charged for the order. No refunds would be entertained for such items and an extra 30 rupees will be charged as delivery charges for re-shipping.
Cancellation
No cancellations accepted from the side of consumers.
Refunds
No refund policy, we will only replace the packets if there is some manufacturing defect.
